ORDERING AN ORIGINAL PAINTING:
1. Go to "Contact" page and inquire (CALL and leave message) with the artist concerning payment arrangements. (see contact page)
2. The painting will be shipped framed, or unframed, as arranged with the artist, after receipt of full payment.
3. UPS is used as the shipper for most originals, as arranged with the artist.
4. Flexible unframed originals will be shipped in a tube (USPS) by the artist.
5. All originals are insured against loss or damage in shipping.
RETURN OF ORIGINAL PAINTING:
CALL ME! I must be notified within 10 days of the shipping date in order to get a return authorization number which must be labeled on the return shipping package. The RETURN SHIPPING and INSURANCE costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Full refunds, minus the original shipping cost and insurance, are standard policy for original painting returns.
ORDERING A PRINT:
1. UNFRAMED PRINTS can be ordered by clicking the Print button which is located next to each image. This enables you to have the print framed to your preference before you receive the print.
2. FRAMED PRINTS - Frames, archival papers, mats, regular or non-glare glass can be ordered and assembled, with your print selection, by clicking on frame shop selections. Select from a variety of frames and materials and be able to see the finished picture right on the screen. Cost of framing varies by the choices made.
RETURN OF PRINTS:
1. It is necessary that you contact Artspan within 10 days of the shipping date, to obtain an authorization number, or to resolve your issue before returning a print to Artspan.
2. Full refunds minus the original shipping cost, are standard procedure.
Original paintings are transacted directly with the artist. If you would like to make an online order for a print, using the Artspan Shopping Cart feature, please use the Contact page to alert me to your order from Artspan. By notifying me of your purchase, I can track the purchase and see that it is printed and shipped in a timely manner.
